What are the fees?
Payment Method
I am currently working to add insurance providers as an option for clients. Currently, private pay has been priced affordably to try to remove any barriers to treatment.

Payment is due at the time of service. Payment can be made via the registered patient portal online or in person. I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
Prices
$50 - Initial Consultation Session
$50 - Individual Therapy
$100 - Family/Couples Therapy
$200 - Past Life Regression
Do you have a late fee policy?

Yes, I do. No-shows will be charged the full amount for a session per instance. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) may be charged half the amount for a session. This isn't to be mean, but to cover the cost of my wasted gas and time to come to the office. Multiple late cancellations and no-shows may end in termination of services. Non-sufficient funds/bounced check will be assessed a $34 fee per instance.
Do you accept insurance?

What is a session like?
I try to make my sessions as comfortable as possible for you. I understand seeing a mental health professional can be intimidating and make people nervous, so I do my best to be down to earth and connect with you. We'll start off by reviewing your paperwork so we're clear about my policies and how our sessions will likely unfold. We'll take some time to get to know each other to make sure we're a good fit, and you'll have plenty of time to ask any questions you may have. We'll talk about your history, why you're seeking therapy, and your goals we want to work towards. Then, if we have time remaining, we'll delve into some of what problems you're having so I have a better idea on how I can help. I will tell you about my therapy styles and what I think would best help you. We'll talk about some things that you might find helpful, and in the next session, we'll be able to start tackling more issues.
What is a Past Life Regression session like?

These sessions tend to take some time because getting yourself (and me) primed and ready for the experience must take some time and cannot be a rushed experience. Expect your session to take upwards of 3 hours. To best help, I want to get to know you as well as have an opportunity for you to get to know a bit about me. This may or may not be a new experience for you, so I want to offer you the opportunity to ask plenty of questions about the experience and what to expect. In addition, I want to learn more about your problems and/or goals for the session. After we get through all of that, which can and should take up a significant amount of time, we will then work on getting you into a deeply relaxed state, and begin to prepare your mind for induction. I like to regress to an earlier pleasant part of your life initially, and then attempt to regress to a potential past life.
Do you guarantee I will experience a past life?

No, I wish I could. Our first session together will have a heavier focus on getting to know each other and exploring the outcomes for the regression. Subsequent sessions will stand a better chance of you having an experience of a past life. Research suggests that it takes on average two sessions until you have a successful regression, though it is not uncommon to experience a successful regression within the first session. It really just depends on you.
I'm a practicing member of a religious faith that doesn't believe in past lives or reincarnation, so is this for me?

Only you can decide if this is for you or not. For me, I have experienced things in my life that cannot be explained within the context of a dogmatic faith, but that does not mean I write those experiences off as false or wrong. In actuality, I integrate those experiences within my own personal beliefs, and I've learned that they don't have to contradict my faith, but rather add more mystery to it. My view on things like past life regression is, "no book(s) or person can tell me what I see or experience is wrong or not real." I feel the same holds true for past life regression. If you find that you have issues that traditional types of therapy hasn't helped, or that you have a difficult time identifying the cause of a certain problem, then it's possible that past life regression may provide the answers you are seeking.
What if I'm just curious about past lives, and don't want to work on any specific issues?

That's fine, and I'm just as happy to work with you even if you don't have an explicit issue you want help with! I believe that the experience alone will be enlightening and beneficial either way.
